This is a great standup segment from the show “Seinfeld”. In this segment Seinfeld does a great job of explaining the rationale behind the need for social engagement and acknowledgment. What’s really funny is that without knowing it, what he’s really doing is explaining one of the main reasons why something like Facebook is a necessity and has been successful.
